Citizen Complaint Forms
The City of Hedrick has ordinances in place to protect and maintain peace for the citizens of Hedrick. If you believe that someone is in violation of a City Ordinance and is causing undo hardship to neighbors and community you can file a complaint form at City Hall or turn in a signed letter of complaint.
The City of Hedrick will not be able to take action on verbal complaints, unless a city employee or official can testify to the offense. Written complaints need to contain the name and contact information for the complainant and enough detail to know who has committed the violation, where it occured and what the violation is.
Depending on the type of violation a complainant may be called upon to testify and a signed complaint is public record.
