Payment Options
The City of Hedrick offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Online Payment
If paying Online just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button. Have you account number handy and follow the prompts. There is a processing fee that applies. You can also set up a FrontDesk Account and view and pay your bill there. Link to set up your account is in red. If you need help setting up an account, please contact City Hall. ACH DEBIT
Set up automatic monthly withdrawals in the amount of your current water bill. All payments are debited on the 15th of every month. Follow the link in red to create a FrontDesk account and you can set up automatic withdrawal payments from there or stop in to City Hall to fill out the required form to set up ACH Debit. You can print the forms below before stoping in if you would like.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. There is a drop off box located on the East door of the water plant; which is on the North side of City Hall.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
