Public Information Request

The City of Hedrick provides the following ways for you to submit your public information request.


Pick up or Mail

You may request a form from the City Hall and you can pick up the requested information or we can mail it or email it.


Written Form

You may submit a request to any City Employee in any written form, including by electronic mail, fax, or letter.  There is a form available below to help us gather the necessary information to get you all requested information as soon as possible.


Good to Know

Please note that for a public information request to be valid, it must be submitted in writing to the City.
